2022 Open Enrollment Summer is here which means fall isn’t far behind. For State of California employees, that means open enrollment is coming up. This is the time for State employees to make changes to or enroll in 2023 health, dental and vision benefits. 2022 open enrollment begins on Monday, September 19 and ends on Friday, October 14. Changes will take effect on the first day of 2023.
